1. 마이크와 음성 데이터

앱은 음역대와 말할 때의 톤을 진단하기 위해 마이크 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 음성 처리 방식은 다음과 같습니다.

마이크 입력은 기기 내부에서 실시간 분석되며, 음높이(주파수) 값만 추출됩니다.
음성은 파일로 녹음되지 않습니다. 오디오 데이터는 저장되지 않고, 분석 직후 메모리에서 사라집니다.
음성 또는 음성에서 추출한 값은 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 저희는 음성 처리를 위한 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 외부 AI·음성인식 API를 사용하지 않습니다.
진단 결과는 앱을 종료하면 사라집니다. 현재 버전은 진단 기록을 기기에 저장하지 않습니다.

마이크 권한은 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다. iOS는 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 마이크, Android는 설정 > 애플리케이션 > 내 진짜 목소리 > 권한 > 마이크입니다.

2. 수집하는 정보 (사용 통계)

이 항목은 플랫폼에 따라 다릅니다.

Android 버전 — 수집하는 정보가 없습니다. 분석 도구를 포함하고 있지 않으며, 앱에 인터넷 사용 권한조차 선언되어 있지 않습니다. 따라서 아래 2·3·5항의 사용 통계 관련 내용은 Android에는 해당하지 않습니다.

iOS 버전은 앱의 사용 현황을 파악해 기능을 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 이를 통해 다음이 자동으로 수집됩니다.

기기 식별자 — 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 아닌 앱 공급업체 식별자(IDFV). 앱을 삭제하면 초기화됩니다.
사용 현황 데이터 — 앱 실행·세션 시작·화면 이용 등 이용 빈도 정보
기기 정보 — 기기 모델, OS 버전, 국가·언어 설정

이 정보는 이름·이메일 등 회원님의 신원과 연결되지 않으며, 개인을 식별하는 데 사용되지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원가입이나 로그인 기능이 없습니다.

3. 제3자 제공

위 사용 통계(iOS 버전에 한함)는 분석 서비스 제공자인 Google LLC가 처리합니다. Google의 개인정보 처리에 대해서는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요. 그 외 제3자에게 정보를 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

4. 광고 및 추적

본 앱은 광고를 포함하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않으며, 광고 식별자(IDFA)에 접근하지 않습니다. 다른 회사의 앱이나 웹사이트에서의 활동을 추적하지 않으므로, 앱 추적 허용(App Tracking Transparency) 요청도 하지 않습니다.

5. 보관 및 삭제

음성 데이터는 저장되지 않으므로 삭제할 대상이 없습니다.
사용 통계는 iOS 버전에만 해당하며, Google의 데이터 보관 정책에 따라 처리되고 보관 기간이 지나면 삭제됩니다.
iOS에서 앱을 삭제하면 기기 식별자가 초기화되고 이후 수집이 중단됩니다. Android는 수집 자체가 없습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 의학적 조언이 아님

앱이 제공하는 진단 결과는 참고용 추정치이며 의학적 진단이나 치료 목적의 조언이 아닙니다. 음성이나 목 건강에 지속적인 이상이 있다면 이비인후과 등 전문 의료기관의 진료를 받으시기 바랍니다.

TrueVoice Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026 (originally August 10, 2026)

Summary: TrueVoice has no sign-up. Your voice is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. Microphone input is analyzed on your device in real time to extract pitch only, then immediately discarded. The Android version collects nothing at all. The iOS version collects only anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics for Firebase to improve the app.

1. Microphone and Voice Data

The app requests microphone access in order to measure your vocal range and speaking tone. Audio is handled as follows:

Microphone input is analyzed on-device in real time, and only pitch (frequency) values are extracted.
Your voice is never recorded to a file. Audio data is not stored and leaves memory immediately after analysis.
Neither your audio nor values derived from it are transmitted to any server. We operate no backend for voice processing and use no external AI or speech-recognition APIs.
Results disappear when you close the app. This version does not save diagnosis history on your device.

You can revoke microphone access at any time: on iOS in Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone, on Android in Settings > Apps > My Voice Coach > Permissions > Microphone.

2. Information We Collect (Usage Statistics)

This differs by platform.

Android version — we collect nothing. It ships with no analytics library, and the app does not even declare internet permission. Sections 2, 3 and 5 below, insofar as they concern usage statistics, do not apply to Android.

The iOS version uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used and to improve it. The following is collected automatically:

Device identifier — the Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), not the advertising identifier (IDFA). It resets when you delete the app.
Usage data — app launches, session starts, and screen usage frequency.
Device information — device model, OS version, country and language settings.

This information is not linked to your identity (we collect no name or email) and is not used to identify you. The app has no account or login.

3. Third Parties

The usage statistics above (iOS version only) are processed by Google LLC as our analytics provider. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data. We do not otherwise share or sell your information.

4. Advertising and Tracking

This app contains no advertising. We include no ad SDKs and do not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites, so the app does not present an App Tracking Transparency request.

5. Retention and Deletion

No voice data is stored, so there is nothing to delete.
Usage statistics apply to the iOS version only; they are handled under Google's data-retention policy and deleted when that period expires.
On iOS, deleting the app resets the device identifier and stops any further collection. On Android there is no collection to begin with.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
